Shocking footage appears to show man 'filming up woman's skirt' on underground train

Footage showing a man appearing to make an up-skirt clip with his smart-phone while travelling on the underground, has emerged.

The incident reportedly took place on the Russian capital of Moscow’s underground system.

One of the passengers noticed what the man seemed to be doing and decided to start filming him, filming.

The footage shows the young man wearing glasses and a lumberjack shirt moving his phone close to a woman who is standing right next to him.

The young woman is wearing a summer dress and cannot see what the man appears to be doing as she is not facing him.

At some point the man, who was not named in reports, seems to move the camera even further between her legs.
